El Yucateco Salsa Negra
El Yucateco recently launched a new line of Havana sauces which includes this one, Salsa Negra. It gets it’s smoky flavor from grilling habanero chiles at a high temperature, making this an ideal sauce for grilled meats or vegetables. At 9,000 Scovilles, it’s spicy enough to make you sweat, but not to ruin your food.
